Instructions
Combine rice, chicken broth, salt, butter, and garlic in the bowl of a rice cooker. Set to cook mode.
Once rice is cooked, carefully open the lid and fluff the rice. Add lime zest, juice and chopped cilantro. Stir to combine. Serve warm and enjoy!
