Chocolate Mousse Dirt Cups
These Chocolate Mousse Dirt Cups are a fun, no-bake chocolate dessert that kids absolutely love! Creamy homemade chocolate mousse is layered with crushed Oreo cookies to create the perfect “dirt” look, then topped with playful decorations!

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup Dutch-processed cocoa powder
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 12 Oreo cookies crushed
- Gummy worms, chocolate eggs, chocolate rocks, candy flowers and/or sprinkles for decoration
Instructions
- Place Oreo cookies in a zip-top bag and crush them using a rolling pin until they resemble fine crumbs. Set aside.
- Add the heavy cream to a large mixing bowl. Using electric beaters, whip until soft peaks form. Add the powdered sugar, cocoa powder, salt and vanilla. Beat until the mixture is thick and creamy.
- Using a spoon or piping bag, divide half of the mousse between 4 small serving cups. Add a layer of crushed cookies. Finish with a generous layer of cookie crumbs on top to create the “dirt” effect.
- Top with desired decorations and serve.
