Lightly butter each slice of bread. On 4 of the slices, add a layer of cheese, sliced tomato, basil, and a drizzle of balsamic glaze to the unbuttered side. Top with another slice of bread, buttered side out.
Heat a large skillet over medium. Place the sandwiches on the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Remove from skillet, slice, and serve warm. Add an extra drizzle of balsamic glaze if desired. Enjoy!

Use fresh mozzarella for the best melt and flavor.
Pat tomatoes dry to prevent soggy bread.
