Buffalo Chicken Meatballs

Made with lean ground chicken, crunchy celery, and just the right amount of buffalo sauce, these Buffalo Chicken Meatballs are juicy, flavorful, and incredibly easy to make!

  • Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  • Finely dice the celery and slice the green onions.
  • In a medium bowl, combine celery, green onions, egg, feta cheese, garlic, panko breadcrumbs, onion powder, and salt.
  • Add ground chicken and half of the buffalo wing sauce. Gently stir until just combined (do not overmix).
  • Using a cookie scoop, portion mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 15–17 minutes, or until cooked through and lightly golden.
  • Toss warm meatballs in remaining buffalo sauce.
  • Garnish with extra green onions if desired and serve warm.
