After School Snack Crackers

These after school snack crackers take just a few minutes to assemble, require no cooking, and are easy enough for kids to make themselves. Set out a few toppings and let everyone build their own graham cracker creations for an after-school snack that feels fun while still offering protein, fruit, and plenty of variety.

  • 8 graham crackers broken into squares

Almond Butter Toppings

Cream Cheese Toppings

Instructions

  • Break the graham crackers into individual squares and arrange them on a plate or serving board.
  • Spread some of the crackers with peanut butter. Top with sliced bananas or a small spoonful of jam.
  • Spread another group of crackers with almond butter. Top with thinly sliced apples or drizzle lightly with honey.
  • Spread the remaining crackers with softened cream cheese. Top with fresh blueberries or sliced strawberries.
  • Serve immediately, or set out all of the ingredients and let kids create their own snack cracker combinations.
