quinoa, uncooked

spinach tortilla wrap

black beans, canned
1

avocado

cup
spinach
1/4
cup
Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1/4
cup
feta cheese crumbles
Instructions
Cook quinoa as directed on package. Drain and rinse beans; slice avocado.
Lay out tortillas and top each with beans, quinoa, a few slices of avocado, spinach, and cheeses. Roll up and slice in half.
Serve with any fruit you may have on hand.
