Fresh Apple Sauce

  • 4 medium apple
  • 3 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/3 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup apple juice


  • 1/4 cup (not packed) raisins, seedless


  • Wash and core apples. Cut into large chunks and place into high-powered blender along with lemon juice, apple juice, sugar, and cinnamon.  Blend until smooth.  Top off each serving with a sprinkle of raisins.
