Simple Hummus Wrap

Ingredients

  • 1 medium bell pepper, red
  • 4 medium tortilla, whole wheat
  • 1/2 cup hummus
  • 2 cup shredded lettuce

Serve With

  • 1 medium cucumber
  • 4 stick string cheese
  • 4 medium pear

Instructions

  • Dice pepper. Lay out tortillas and spread with hummus. Sprinkle each with peppers and lettuce; roll up tightly and cut in half.
  • Slice cucumber and serve with each wrap, along with a cheese stick and a pear.
