Chicken Pita Pocket
This quick and simple pita can make use of your chicken leftovers.

- 1/2 pound chicken breast
- 4 medium carrot
- 4 large pita, whole wheat
- 1 cup lettuce, romaine
- 1/16 cup olive oil
Dice leftover chicken; grate two carrots and cut the remaining two into sticks.
Cut pita in half, open, and place lettuce into each half. Stuff with chicken and grated carrot. Drizzle with olive oil.
Serve with carrot sticks and strawberries.
