  • 1/2 pound chicken breast
  • 4 medium carrot
  • 4 large pita, whole wheat
  • 1 cup lettuce, romaine
  • 1/16 cup olive oil

Serve With

  • 2 strawberries


  • Dice leftover chicken; grate two carrots and cut the remaining two into sticks.
  • Cut pita in half, open, and place lettuce into each half. Stuff with chicken and grated carrot. Drizzle with olive oil.
  • Serve with carrot sticks and strawberries.
