  • 4 large egg
  • 4 medium orange
  • 1/2 cup cranberries, dried

Instructions

  • Hard boil eggs; allow to cool in pot until ready to eat or store in the fridge until ready to serve.
  • Toast 4 slices of bread.
  • Top each slice of toast with 1/2 tablespoon of peanut butter. Keep it festive by cutting with a Christmas tree cookie cutter and sprinkling the top of the tree with cranberries.
  • Serve toast alongside eggs and oranges.
