- 15 ounce chickpeas (garbanzo beans), canned
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 ounce Parmesan cheese, shredded
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Drain and rinse chickpeas, then dry with a towel.
Spread chickpeas out onto a cookie sheet lined with foil; drizzle with oil, and sprinkle with Parmesan and salt.
Roast for 25-30 minutes.
Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
