  • 3 cup Greek yogurt, plain
  • 6 cup multigrain cereal
  • 3 medium peach


  • Dice peaches, set aside in a bowl. Then place your four serving dishes out in a row, ready for parfait assembly.
  • Place a 2 tablespoons of yogurt, top with¬†2 tablespoons of cereal (your preferred low-sugar kind) and 2 tablespoons of chopped peaches. Repeat these layers two more times for a total of three layers.¬† Do this for the remaining 3 servings as well.
