Frozen Peanut Butter and Berry Pops

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter, all-natural
  • 1 cup yogurt, plain
  • 1 cup almond milk, unsweetened
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 2 cup orange juice
  • 1 ounce hemp seeds


  • Blend nut butter, yogurt, milk and honey until smooth.  Pour the mixture into molds until they are filled half way or even one-third of the way.  I had filled a few with solely this mixture as requested by my son. Cover and freeze for approximately one hour.
  • Next, stir together the raspberries and juice, divide among your molds and then insert the sticks.  Top off the pops with some hemp seed if desired, or sprinkle hemp seeds between the layers.
  • Cover and place back in the freezer until completely frozen.  This can take a few hours and up to 6-8 hours depending on how large your mold is.
