Wrap-n-Snack
Ingredients
- 4 ounce Swiss cheese
- 8 leaf lettuce, romaine
- 8 slice turkey breast, deli style
Serve With
- 2 medium carrot
- 1 medium bell pepper, red
Instructions
- Thinly slice the cheese. Top each lettuce leaf with a slice of turkey and a slice of cheese. Roll up and cut into small pinwheels, securing with toothpicks.
- Cut carrots and bell pepper into strips; serve on the side.
