  • 4 ounce Swiss cheese
  • 8 leaf lettuce, romaine
  • 8 slice turkey breast, deli style

Serve With

  • 2 medium carrot
  • 1 medium bell pepper, red


  • Thinly slice the cheese. Top each lettuce leaf with a slice of turkey and a slice of cheese. Roll up and cut into small pinwheels, securing with toothpicks.
  • Cut carrots and bell pepper into strips; serve on the side.
