Mini Turkey Cheese Balls

Servings 6 mini cheese balls
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 3/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped
- 1/2 cup pecans, finely chopped
- 6 each baby carrots
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and dried cranberries.
Form mixture into a roll and cut into 6 even slices. Form each slice into a round ball.
Roll each ball in chopped pecans.
Lightly press sliced almonds into each ball to form 'turkey feathers'
With a vegetable peeler, shave the bottom half of each carrot into a point. Press into the front of each ball to form the 'turkey nose'.
Serve with crackers, celery sticks, and/or carrot sticks and enjoy!
