  • 2 cup coconut milk, unsweetened
  • 2 medium banana
  • 2 cup spinach
  • 1/4 cup coconut flakes
  • 2 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract


  • Add coconut milk, bananas, spinach, coconut flakes, hemp and vanilla to blender. Blend well, adding ice if a thicker consistency is desired. Divide between 4 serving glasses.
