For the pizza sauce: dice the tomato by hand or with a food processor. Add the tomatoes, tomato paste, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper to a saucepan and cook over medium until thickened, about 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Set aside.
For the Burgers: using your hands, combine the ground turkey, seasoned salt, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl; be careful not to over-mix. Shape the meat into 6 balls.
Grill the burgers over medium-high heat until done, approximately 6-8 minutes (hamburger meat should be cooked until it’s no longer pink in the center). While burgers are cooking, divide mozzarella cheese into 6 slices.
Place the burgers on the bottom bun on a broiler pan then top with a spoonful of sauce and a small slice of cheese. Broil on low heat for 5 minutes or until the cheese melts.
Sprinkle parsley on top of melted cheese and add the top bun. Serve immediately with raspberries on the side.
