Ingredients

Serve With

  • 10 medium tortillas, corn
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 4 medium kiwi

Instructions

  • Dice onion. Heat oil in a large skillet. Saute onion for 2-3 minutes.
  • Cube pork into bite size pieces and add to hot skillet.
  • Season with chili powder, oregano, garlic powder, thyme, paprika, 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Stir and cook for 4 minutes allowing to brown.
  • Add water and scrape bits from pan. Continue cooking until most of the water has evaporated.
  • Chop avocado and tomato; add to a mixing bowl. Chop red onion and cilantro; add to avocado along with remaining salt and pepper. Mix well.
  • Warm tortillas as directed on package. Add pork and avocado mixture. Top off each with lettuce and sour cream. Serve with kiwi slices.
