Dice onion. Heat oil in a large skillet. Saute onion for 2-3 minutes.
Cube pork into bite size pieces and add to hot skillet.
Season with chili powder, oregano, garlic powder, thyme, paprika, 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Stir and cook for 4 minutes allowing to brown.
Add water and scrape bits from pan. Continue cooking until most of the water has evaporated.
Chop avocado and tomato; add to a mixing bowl. Chop red onion and cilantro; add to avocado along with remaining salt and pepper. Mix well.
Warm tortillas as directed on package. Add pork and avocado mixture. Top off each with lettuce and sour cream. Serve with kiwi slices.
