Add oats to a large bowl and mix with milk, water, and maple syrup.
Equally divide mixture among 4 sealable containers (canning jars work great!); cover and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, give the oats a stir, then top with coconut flakes, almonds, and banana slices. Add additional syrup to taste if desired.
