  • 8 slice bread, whole wheat

  • 1 medium tomato, red
  • 1 cup spinach

Serve With

  • 4 cup watermelon
  • 4 stick string cheese

Instructions

  • Lay out bread slices and spread with hummus. Slice tomato.
  • Add tomato slices and spinach to bread, and sprinkle with salt.
  • Slice sandwiches in half and serve with watermelon and cheese sticks on the side.
