  • 1 medium bell pepper, red

Instructions

  • Drain chicken, dice onion and apple, and halve grapes. Add all to a mixing bowl, along with cranberrries, almonds, yogurt, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Spread mixture between bread slices to make sandwiches, then slice into quarters.
  • Serve with baby carrots and bell pepper slices on the side.
