Avocado Egg Bagel
- 1 none cooking spray
- 4 large egg
- 1 medium tomato, red
- 1 medium avocado
- 1 medium bell pepper, red
- 4 medium bagel, wheat
Spray skillet with cooking spray and cook eggs, one at a time, to desired doneness. As eggs cook, thinly slice tomato, avocado, and pepper; set aside.
Toast bagels and add an egg to each. Layer with tomato, avocado, and pepper slices.
Cut in half and serve each with 1/2 banana.
