Preheat oven to 350°F.
Cook pasta as directed on package. Drain and rinse, then add to a large baking dish.
Drizzle pasta with oil and season with salt.
Drain and rinse beans. Add beans, corn, cumin, garlic powder, and cayenne; toss.
Pour in milk and sprinkle with cheese; mix well.
Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese has melted.
While baking, dice tomato and avocado to use as toppings. Serve with orange wedges on the side.
