Peanut Butter & Celery on Toast
- 4 slice bread, whole wheat
- 1/4 cup peanut butter, all-natural
- 1 stalk celery
- 1/2 cup raisins, seedless
- 4 medium tangerine (mandarin orange)
Toast bread and cut celery into small slices.
Spread peanut butter onto bread and top with celery and raisins.
Serve at home or eat on the run - don't forget the tangerine!
