Cook rice as directed on package and set aside covered to keep warm.
Heat oil in a large skillet. Dice onion and add to hot oil; sauté for 2-3 minutes. Add ground turkey, minced garlic, chili powder, cumin, and salt. Cook 7-8 minutes until turkey is no longer pink, stirring to crumble into smaller pieces. Add salsa and 1 teaspoon of lime juice; stir and heat through.
Toss rice with 1 teaspoon of lime zest and chopped cilantro.
Divide spinach among 4 plates; top with rice, turkey, and chopped tomatoes. Serve with orange wedges on the side.
