- 1 cup quinoa, uncooked
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoon maple syrup, pure
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon peel, raw
- 1 cup blueberries, frozen
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed, ground
Add milk to a saucepan over medium heat. Heat for 2-3 minutes, then add quinoa. Turn heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in all remaining ingredients.
Serve immediately.
