Ingredients

  • 2 cup milk
  • 1 cup quinoa, uncooked
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoon maple syrup, pure
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon peel, raw
  • 1 cup blueberries, frozen
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed, ground

Instructions

  • Add milk to a saucepan over medium heat. Heat for 2-3 minutes, then add quinoa. Turn heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and stir in all remaining ingredients.
  • Serve immediately.
