- 2 cup almond milk, unsweetened
- 2 cup, chopped kale
- 1 medium orange
- 1 1/2 cup, chunks pineapple
- 1/8 teaspoon ginger root, fresh
Add milk and kale to a high powered blender. Mix well, allowing kale to break down.
Peel orange. Add to the blender along with the remaining ingredients. Blend well, adding ice if desired until preferred consistency is reached.
Serve immediately.
