  • 9 ounce tortellini pasta
  • 1 bunch broccoli
  • 1/4 medium onion
  • 1 medium tomato, red
  • 2 ounce Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup caesar salad dressing
  • 4 medium orange


  • Cook tortellini as directed on package; allow to cool.
  • Cut broccoli into small, bite-sized pieces. Dice onion and tomato, removing the seeds. Add all veggies to a large bowl. Mix in grated Parmesan cheese, dressing, and cooled tortellini.
  • Serve at room temperature or chilled with sliced oranges on the side.
