Spray skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium. Add ground turkey, chili powder, cumin, garlic and onion powders, salt and pepper; stir to combine. Crumble turkey into smaller pieces as it cooks; continue cooking until no longer pink.
Chop lettuce, quarter tomatoes, dice avocado, chop bell pepper and shred cheese if not already bought that way. Set all salad ingredients aside separately so each family member can assemble to their preference.
