Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound chicken breast
  • 1 none cooking spray
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 4 medium clementine
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 4 serving crackers, whole-wheat

Instructions

  • Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces. Spray a large saute pan with cooking spray and heat over medium. Add the chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Remove from pan to cool.
  • Divide chicken evenly between 4 containers.
  • Add the cherry tomatoes, clementines, sunflower seeds and crackers. Serve!
