After rice is cooked, drain and rinse beans; set aside. Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a wok over medium-high. Whisk eggs and add to wok. Stir to scramble then remove from wok. Add remaining 1 teaspoon oil to wok along with rice, beans, corn, salsa and cumin. Cook and stir for 2-3 minutes or until heated through. Return eggs to wok and stir to combine. Sprinkle with feta and allow to melt.
Serve fried rice with carrots and blackberries on the side.
