8slicebread, whole wheat

Instructions
Thaw peas. Meanwhile, spread 4 slices of bread with hummus and top each with 2 slices of turkey. Mash peas and spread onto remaining 4 slices of bread. Close sandwiches and slice in half or quarters.
Serve with grapes, carrots, broccoli and cheese on the side.
