Ingredients

  • 4 large pita, whole wheat
  • 2 cup hummus
  • 2 cup spinach
  • 4 ounce roasted red peppers, jarred
  • 8 large Kalamata olives
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese crumbles
  • 1/2 cup artichoke hearts, jarred

Serve With

  • 2 medium mango

Instructions

  • Slice pitas in half and add 1/4 cup hummus to each half. Stuff with spinach, peppers, chopped olives, feta and chopped artichoke hearts.
  • Serve pitas with chopped mango on the side.
