- 4 large pita, whole wheat
- 2 cup hummus
- 2 cup spinach
- 4 ounce roasted red peppers, jarred
- 8 large Kalamata olives
- 1/2 cup feta cheese crumbles
- 1/2 cup artichoke hearts, jarred
Slice pitas in half and add 1/4 cup hummus to each half. Stuff with spinach, peppers, chopped olives, feta and chopped artichoke hearts.
Serve pitas with chopped mango on the side.
