  • 8 each rice cakes, brown rice, plain
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter, all-natural
  • 1/4 cup jam, all-fruit

Serve With

  • 4 cup, cubes watermelon
  • 1 medium cucumber
  • 2 cup carrots, baby


  • Use a sharp knife to cut each rice cake in half. Spread peanut butter and jelly onto rice cakes, making sandwiches. Place in lunchbox along with watermelon cubes, cucumber sticks, and carrots.
