  • 2 medium cucumber
  • 2 cup, chunks pineapple
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup spinach

Serve With

  • 4 large egg


  • Hard-boil eggs. Cool to room temperature and peel.
  • While eggs are boiling, peel cucumber. Cut in half lengthwise and remove seeds. Add cucumber to blender along with chopped pineapple, orange juice, vanilla and spinach; blend well. Add ice for a thicker consistency as desired.
  • Serve each slush with a hard-boiled egg on the side.
