Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease an 8X8 inch baking dish.
In a medium bowl, mix together oats, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, mash bananas. Add in peanut butter, almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla and chia seeds.
Combine wet and dry ingredients and pour into prepared baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Cool for 5 minutes. Cut and serve.
