  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease an 8X8 inch baking dish.
  • In a medium bowl, mix together oats, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
  • In a separate bowl, mash bananas. Add in peanut butter, almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla and chia seeds.
  • Combine wet and dry ingredients and pour into prepared baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Cool for 5 minutes. Cut and serve.
