- 2 medium apple
- 8 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup agave nectar
- 4 cup yogurt, plain
- 1 cup granola
- 2 medium banana
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Peel and core apples; thinly slice, and toss with cinnamon and agave in a large mixing bowl.
Bake apple slices on a baking sheet for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, divide the yogurt among 4 serving bowls.
Sprinkle yogurt with granola and slices of banana. Top with baked apples. Enjoy!
