Instructions
Add water to sauce pan and bring to boil. Meanwhile dice pears, chop cashews, grate ginger, and chop dates.
Add all ingredients to the boiling water. Stir frequently and simmer over medium until all liquid has absorbed and oats have softened.
Serve immediately.
