Instructions

  • Cook pasta as directed on package; drain and set aside.
  • Cut broccoli and cauliflower into bite-sized pieces, dice peppers and apple, and halve olives and tomatoes. Shred cheese.
  • Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and toss well to coat evenly. Serve at room temperature or chill until ready to serve.
