- 4 large pita, whole wheat
- 4 slice ham, deli sliced
- 2 cup spinach
- 1 medium bell pepper, yellow
- 2 cup carrots, baby
- 2 cup Greek yogurt, plain
- 1 cup blueberries
Cut pita bread in half. Stuff each with ham, spinach, and a few slices of bell pepper.
Sprinkle berries on top of yogurt. Serve pitas with carrots and yogurt on the side.
