Spread each of 4 slices of bread with 1 tablespoon almond butter and the other 4 slices with 1 tablespoon jam. Put together to form sandwiches, cutting out fun shapes from the middle using a cookie cutter if desired.
Serve with avocado and strawberry slices, edamame, and carrot sticks on the side.
