In a food processor, combine peeled and seeded avocado, basil, garlic, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Thinly slice cucumbers (lengthwise), using a mandoline slicer or potato peeler.
Spread a thin layer of avocado puree onto each cucumber strip, covering end to end on one side.
Roll up tightly, sprinkle with paprika, and serve!
