Bring water to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and stir in oats. Simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally, for 25 minutes or until oats have softened and water is mostly absorbed.
While oats cook, coarsely chop almonds and fruit; add all to a small bowl and stir to combine.
Divide oatmeal equally among four dishes. Top each serving with some of the fruit and nut mixture and drizzle with honey to taste.
