  • 2 cup oats, dry
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2/3 cup, sliced strawberries
  • 2/3 cup pieces mango
  • 2 medium apple
  • 1/4 cup pistachios, shelled
  • 2 tablespoon wheat germ
  • 2 tablespoon honey


  • Prepare oats as directed on package, but add in cinnamon with your choice of liquid (water, milk, milk alternative, etc).
  • Slice strawberries and chop mango, apples, and pistachios.
  • Top cooked oats with fruit, pistachios, a sprinkling of wheat germ, and a drizzle of honey.
  • Serve immediately.
