1/4cupmayonnaise, light
1cupgrapes
1mediumcarrot
4rolls, hard
4leaflettuce, romaine

Instructions
Chop leftover beef from the previous night's dinner, and add to a mixing bowl with mayonnaise. Slice grapes in half and grate carrot; add to meat (or leave grapes whole and eat as a side).
Cut rolls open and spoon in beef salad mixture; add lettuce and serve with pepper slices on the side.
