  • 1 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 2 cup strawberries, frozen, unsweetened
  • 2 medium orange
  • 1 medium banana
  • 2 scoop vanilla protein powder


  • Zest orange peels (enough for 1 tablespoon); then, peel oranges and divide into wedges.
  • Add all ingredients to a high powered blender and blend until smooth. If desired, ingredients may be added by halves to allow for easier mixing.
