Servings 4 1 pizza tortilla, 1/2 cup mango, 1/2 cup edamame

- 4 medium tortilla, whole wheat
- 4 serving turkey pepperoni
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup spinach
- 12 wooden skewers
- 1 cup spaghetti or marinara sauce
Serve With
- 2 cup mango cubes, frozen
- 2 cup edamame, shelled
Add pepperoni, cheese, and spinach to each tortilla.
Roll up tightly, slice into pinwheels, and skewer each like a little lollipop. Use marinara sauce for dipping.
Serve with cubed, frozen mango and edamame on the side.
