Ingredients

  • 3 cup almond milk, unsweetened
  • 4 tablespoon flaxseed, ground
  • 2 cup strawberries, frozen, unsweetened
  • 2 cup spinach
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  • Toss all ingredients into a high powered blender, and mix well.  You may split ingredients in half as well and prepare two servings at a time.  Add ice if a thicker consistency is desired.
