Instructions
Thinly slice apples, spread nut butter inside pita, and fill with apple slices.
Grate carrots, slice tomatoes in half; peel and slice cucumber. Place veggies into a bowl and toss with oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Serve veggies with sweet pita.
