2 medium apple 2 medium pear 1 teaspoon lemon juice 1 stalk celery 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped 1/2 cup raisins, seedless 1/4 cup yogurt, plain 1/2 teaspoon sugar 4 cup spinach
Core and dice apples and pears; toss in a bowl with lemon juice. Dice celery; add all ingredients, except spinach, together in bowl with apples and pears.
Serve fruit salad on top of a bed of spinach.
